Oh Shinnah est une Grand-Mère pleine de sagesse, et une guerrière pour les peuples de la Mère Terre.
Née au pays des Nombreuses Neiges, pendant la lune des Eaux Gelées, dans le cycle des Étranges Tempêtes, Oh Shinnah Fast Wolf apporte au monde un mélange unique de traditions anciennes et de connaissance moderne.
Les enseignants d’Oh Shinnah ont été des Anciens d’Amérique du Nord et du Sud. Du peuple de son père, elle a hérité des traditions des Tineh (Apaches) ; du peuple de sa mère, de celles des Mokawk et des Écossais. Chez les Tineh, « Osha » signifie « Terre », et « Shinnàh » « faire le son, le cri, le battement de cœur, le chant de la Terre ». La voie d’Oh Shinnàh, c’est de parler pour la Terre et au nom de la Terre, et d’aider les gens sur leur propre chemin de transformation.
Oh Shinnah est titulaire d’une maîtrise de Psychologie Expérimentale de l’Université de Chicago.
Elle a été plusieurs fois déléguée aux Nations-Unies, et à la Conférence Mondiale des guides spirituels. Son nom apparaît sur le Mur de la Tolérance à Birmingham, Alabama, à côté du nom de Martin Luther King. Elle a reçu de nombreux prix pour son action humanitaire. Elle a fondé différentes associations, dont « Four Directions », une organisation d’éducation spirituelle consacrée aux anciennes traditions et à la protection de la Terre Mère. Elle est aussi une artiste accomplie, musicienne et chanteuse.
En dépit de ses nombreuses réalisations, Oh Shinnah préfère être connue comme quelqu’un sans histoire personnelle, et comme une « confrontation à la réalité établie ».

Oh Shinnah is an elder of much Wisdom, and a warrior for the People of the Earth Mother.
Born in the Land of Many Snows, in the Moon of Frozen Waters, in the Cycle of Strange Storms, Oh Shinnah brings to the world a unique blend of many ancient traditions with modern knowledge.
Oh Shinnah’s teachers have been Elders of both North and South America. From her father’s people she inherits the traditions of the Tineh (the Shishindi, meaning People of the Forest, commonly known as Apache) From her mother’s people she inherits the traditions of the Mohawk and the Scots.
In the language of her people, “Osha” means “Earth” and “Shinnah” is “to make the sound, the heartbeat, the song of the earth”. The way of Oh Shinah is to speak for the Earth, in the name of the Earth, and to help people on their transformative way.
She holds a MA and Phd in Experimental Psychology from the University of Chicago. She has been several times a delegate to the U.N., and at the World Conference for Spiritual guides. The name, Oh Shinnah Fast Wolf, appears on the Wall of Tolerance in Birmingham, Alabama, near the name Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. In the 1970’s she received The Nurses in Transition Humanitarian Award, The Helen Caldecott Humanitarian Award for Women in 2000 and in 2005 she was the recipient of The Noetic Science Institute’s Temple Award for Creative Altruism. She founded Four Directions, Inc., a spiritual teachings organization, dedicated to ancient traditions and protection of Mother Earth. She is also an accomplished artist, musician and singer.
Despite her many accomplishments, Oh Shinnah prefers to be known as a « confrontation to fixed reality.
